Namkeen vermicelli (Savouri Vermicelli)

Ingredients for veg Seviyan:-
Roasted vermicelli(भुना हुआ सेंवई) – 1 bowl
Capsicum(शिमला मिर्च) – 1 (finely chopped)
Carrot(गाजर) – 2 (finely chopped)
Green coriander(हरी धनिया) – 3-4 tbsp (finely chopped)
Green chillies (हरी मिर्च) – 3-4 (finely chopped)
All-in-one (ऑल – इन – वन) – 1tbsp
Salt(नमक) – according to your taste
Oil(तेल)

How to make Namkeen Seviyan…
1.Take roasted vermicelli . Boil 2-3 cups water in a vessel . Add roasted seviyan to the water . Boil till vermicelli softens.
2. 1/2 cup oil for deep frying potato slices on high flame . Fry potatoes until it turns brown.
3. To cook veggies,put 1tbsp oil in a cauldron(kadhai) ,add finely chopped onion . Reduce flame . Stir and cook well on high flame for 1 minute .
4. Add carrot and capsicum . Cook veggies for 3 minutes ( and you can also use any type of veggies you would like) . Add salt . Meanwhile vermicelli has turned soft so turn off it’s flame .
5. When veggies are cooked , add all-in-one maslaa and stir well veggies are cooked .
6. Add vermicelli to the veggies , a little green coriander ,mix all ingredients till they blend well . Reduce flame . Stir well and cook for 2 minutes .

Serving:
7. Once ready take it out in a plate serve it steaming hot . Relish it anytime.
