A tasty and healthy recipe of Mix Vegetables like Broccoli, Capsicum, Corn and Mushrooms along with the eclectic taste of ginger and garlic, with a dash of pepper and salt, and there you have it… a healthy recipe, a tasty recipe and a vegetarian meal, that is simply irresistible.
1 small broccoli floret broken into small pieces
6-7 button mushrooms chopped
7-8 baby corns chopped
1 yellow capsicum chopped
1 red capsicum chopped
1 green capsicum chopped
1 tablespoon gigner-garlic paste
quarter teaspoon black pepper powder
Salt to taste
Method of Preparation:
Heat Olive Oil / any cooking oil
Add all the chopped veggies except mushroom
Stir and let it cook covered for 5-6 minutes.
Add ginger-garlic paste and salt.
Add mushroom and black pepper powder, stir well and let it cook for another 10 minutes.
Remove from heat and enjoy!!
