Water – 1 cup
Salt – 1tsp
Jeera/cumin seeds – 1tsp
Onion – 1 cup chopped
Carrot – 2tbsp grated
Green chilli – 1 tbsp chopped
Coriander leaves – 1/4 cup chopped
Ginger – 1tsp grated
Curry leaves – 2 sprig chopped
Oil for patting and roasting
Banana leaf/butter paper/plastic cover for patting
