Keto Hungarian Beigli || BEST KETO DESSERT
Welcome back to my kitchen when we are recreating one of the greatest hungarian recipes without four or sugar. I used keto luna flour combination to make this delicious scone.
Ingredients :
Flour : -75g Micellar Cassein
-75g Inulin Fiber
-50g Isopure whey
-50g Whole Eggpowder
-12.5g Psyhillium husk
-5g Xamtam gum
-1/2 tsp Baking powder
-10g dry yeast
– cubed Butter ( 70g)
-1 whole egg
– 60 g of sour cream with eryritol
Filling:
-50g Butter
-250g ground wallnuts
