1. Oats – 1 and half cup
2. Onion – 1
3. Tomato – 1
4. Green chillies – 2
5. beans – 1/2 cup
6. Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
7. Red chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
8. Corriander powder – 1 tsp
9. Oil – 2 tbsp
10. Salt to taste
11. Water for the oats to get cooked
12. Corriander leaves for garnishing
13. cumin seeds – 1/2 tbsp
