Blanched & Mashed Tomatoes 1
Tamarind lemon sized
Water 2 cups
For masala paste:
Whole black peppercorns 1 tsp
Cumin seeds 1 1/2 tsp
Garlic pods 3
Curry leaves some
Coconut oil 1 tbsp
Mustard seeds 1 tsp
Caraway seeds (Or cumin seeds) 1 tsp
Urad dal 1 tsp
Fenugreek (Or Methi) seeds 1/4 tsp
Some curry leaves
Chopped coriander leaves for garnishing
