*Note: Make sure when you are cooking with raw meat you are washing your hands and the tools you are using. Keeping your kitchen sanitary is the #1 most important thing you can do when cooking. To succeed with a healthy diet you need to really know your body, and know what food will work best based on your goals!
INGREDIENTS:
Cooked with: Organic Refined Coconut Oil
Protein: Organic Turkey Bacon
Greens: Organic Arugula/Kale/Baby Spinach/Herbs
Dairy: Organic Shredded Mozzarella/Crumbled Feta Cheese
Vegetables: Organic Sweet Peppers/Yellow Onion
Seasonings: Fresh Ground Peppercorn/Thyme/Oregano
TIP: When you finish cooking your turkey bacon, sandwich the pieces with a couple layered-paper towels and press against each piece to degrease! Don’t forget– I was prepping this salad for a BBQ so I had a lot of bacon to cook! Make sure you know the proper portions for your diet when cooking your meal! 🙂
