Gluten Free Granola

We love sharing healthy recipes! Its always great to get new ideas to keep things fresh and the motivation going!!! This is one of our fav’s especially for summer because you can take it anywhere and customise it to how you like it!

Gluten Free Granola

3 cups old-fashioned oats
1 cup sliced almonds
1 cup chopped pecans
2 Tbls. Flax seeds
2 tsp. cinnamon
Mix all dry together, then in separate bowl mix:
2 Tbls. Water
1 Tbls. Vanilla
1/4 cup apple sauce
1/3 cup honey
Fold wet into dry until well incorporated, spread in a thin layer on baking sheet and bake at 300*F for 18 minutes, remove and stir/flip and bake for 18 minutes more.
Once baked, add 1 cup dried fruit (blueberries or raisins, or 1/2 cup each is what I did!!)
