I’m showing you healthy meals that are great healthy pantry meals for self isolation or quarantine. Creamy Butternut Squash Pasta
– 1 cup butternut squash
– 1/4 cup almond milk
– 3/4 cup cashews soaked
– 2 cloves garlic
– 1 tbsp tahini (optional)
– juice 1/2 lemon
– salt and pepper to taste

Salmon burger
1 can wild salmon
1 egg
1 tbsp coconut flour
1 tsp coconut aminos
salt/pepper
1/4 cup chopped herbs

Tortilla Pizza
– 1 paleo tortilla
– sauce
– toppings of choice
– 425F for 10-12 minutes
