today I will share you a very easy and healthy lunch recipe . LEMON rice and PEANUT chutney. This is very easy and very tasty too. You can serve this as lunch and dinner. And this recipe is time saving to in a few minutes you can make this. Let’s check out the ingredients
INGREDIENTS :-
1) Steamed rice :- 150 gm( as required)
2) Urad dal :- 2 tbs
3) Channa dal :- 1 tbs
4) Roasted peanut :-2 tbs
5) Red chilli :- 2 no
6) Curry leaves. :- 4 to 5 no
7) Cooking oil :- 2 tbs
8) Mustard seeds :- 1 TSP
9) Cumin seed :- 1 TSP
10) Salt :- as required
11) lemon juice :- 3 tbs
PEANUT CHUTNEY :-
1) peanut :- 1/2 cup
2) Green chillies :-3 no
3) Garlic clove :- 4 no
4) Salt :- as per taste
5) sugar :- 1 TSP
6) Curd :-2 tbs
