Instant dosa for weight loss
Serve-3
Ingredients
1-Oats-40 gm
2-Paneer-50 gm
3-Bottle gourd-100 gm
4-Onion-20 gm
4-Turmeric-1/4th tsp
5-Garlic paste-1 tsp
6-Cornder leaves-handful
7-Mint leaves-10 leaves
8-Coriender powder-1 tsp
9-Red chili powder- as per taste
10-Carom seeds-1/2 tsp
11-Salt-as per taste
12-Oil few drops to grease the pan
Cooking method
1-Wash and chop finely onion and grate the bottle gourd
2-Take a bowl dd oats powder, mashed paneer, grated bottle gourd,chopped onion, spices , salt and ½ cup water.Mix well.
3-Grease the pan and speard this batter to pan, roast it both sides.
4-Our healthy high protein instant dosa for weight loss is ready to serve.
We can have 3 instant weight loss dosa with curd.
