Bitter Gourd Recipe | Best Lunch Recipes – Bitter Gourd Curry

Ingredients.
Grinding:
Grated Coconut-50g
Peanuts-100g Roast for 1-2 minutes
Sesame Seeds-30g roast for few seconds
(While grinding add Cashew Nuts) and almonds

take Water, add 2.5tsp salt, 2tsp turmeric and leave the Karele for 30 minutes
after 30minutes fry the karela
Oil- 4tbsp
Stir for few seconds
cover the lid and check every after 1-2 minutes
after 8 minutes
take out fried karela on a plate and keep aside
add oil 2-3 tbsp
Jeera- 1/2tsp
Mustard Seeds-1/2tsp
Kalonji-1/4tsp
Curry Leaves
Mix Well
Cinnamon-1 inch
cloves 4-5
Cardomom-4
Onion- 1 medium chopped
Fry for about 1-2 minutes
1 chopped green chilis
Cook for few minutes
after few minutes
add masala paste
stir for 1-2 minutes
Turmeric Powder-1/2tsp
Coriander/Dhaniya powder-1/2tsp
Jeera Powder-1/4tsp
Salt- to taste
Red chili powder 2-3tsp or as per ur taste.
fry masala for 1-2 minutes or till the oil gets separate
Tamarind juice- as per ur taste.
add water as required
Total water added around 2 full cups
Add fried bottle gourd
Cover the lid and cook for 15 minutes in high and low flame
After 15 minutes
Karela Korma is ready to serve
Fresh coriander for garnishing.
