Moong Daal Paratha recipe | Daal Ka paratha
Ingredients-
(for dough)
Wheat flour- 1.5 cups
Oil- 1 tbsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Ajwain- 1 tsp
water to knead.
(For stuffing)
Moong Daal- 1 cup
Oil- 1 tbsp
Jeera- 1 tsp
Chopped Onions- 1/2 cup
Chopped Green Chillies- 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Red Chilli Powder- 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder-1 tsp
Coriander powder- 1/2 tsp
Saunf powder- 1/2 tsp
Hing- 1/4 powder
Oil to Roast !
