What do you think of using a Dehydrator? I have the American Harvest
brand that has a fan in it, making the dehydration faster? Would using
the dehydrator ruin the taste of the fresh herbs?
@9aspengold5 You can use a hydrator and it’s more consistent in drying herbs. There should be some info in the booklet regarding time, etc. Rita from AboutEating.co
